Apart from the relatively high CPU usage (and being written in node.js), #ScuttleBot is actually quite cool. I wish there was a suitable Python module.
FYI: It seems the #ScuttleBot #Patchwork is a tad less hard on the CPU once it's run for a few hours and discovered other peers and downloaded their blocks. Compared to, say, ZeroNet it still appears somewhat aggressive, though. I like the #P2P aspect!
